Snowmobile Rental Policies
We have WI vacation rental specials through Hearthside Inn, so check the website regularly! If you want to make a reservation with us we ask that you make a $100 deposit. If you cancel your St Germain snowmobile rental reservation within 10 days of your reservation date, you can receive $75 back. If the state of Wisconsin or the county closes the trails due to weather conditions, or if we deem the trails as inadequate for our Wisconsin snowmobile rentals, you can either get a refund on your deposit or change the reservation to a different day.
In addition to the cost of your Minocqua snowmobile rental, we ask that you pay a one-time gas and oil fee of $45 and a damage deposit of $200. The damage deposit will be returned to you after you bring your WI snowmobile rental back in good condition. We also provide an obligatory insurance deal that costs $15 per day per WI vacation rental and could end up saving you $6,000 if you were to damage a snowmobile rental beyond repair.
